Kanalen koppelen, stap voor stap
Berichten komen binnen in GoHighLevel (Instagram DM of WhatsApp), de bot reageert automatisch in hetzelfde kanaal terug.
Instagram DM
Zorg dat je Instagram aan de juiste account gekoppeld is in GoHighLevel. De bot reageert op de DM's die in die account binnenkomen.
- Koppel hierboven je GoHighLevel.
- Check in GoHighLevel (Settings, Integrations) of het juiste Instagram-account verbonden is.
- Klaar, nieuwe DM's worden automatisch beantwoord.

Hoe WhatsApp werkt hangt af van hoe je nummer is gekoppeld. Kies wat voor jou geldt:
Via GoGHL of ChatLevel (SMS-gateway) sneller
Bij GoGHL (goghl.ai) of ChatLevel loopt WhatsApp via de SMS-gateway: berichten komen binnen en gaan uit als SMS-type. De snelste route om live te gaan.
- Koppel je WhatsApp-nummer in GoGHL of ChatLevel via je provider.
- Zorg dat inkomende WhatsApp als gesprek in je account binnenkomt.
- De bot herkent dit en antwoordt automatisch via SMS op datzelfde nummer.
Via Meta (officiele WhatsApp Cloud API) officieel
De officiele route via Meta / Facebook. Berichten lopen over het echte WhatsApp-kanaal. Stabiel en goedgekeurd, iets meer instelwerk.
- Verbind je WhatsApp Business-account via Meta.
- Doorloop de Meta-verificatie van je nummer.
- De bot antwoordt automatisch via het WhatsApp-kanaal.
Je hoeft niets in te stellen: de bot antwoordt automatisch op het kanaal waarop het bericht binnenkwam (SMS bij GoGHL/ChatLevel, WhatsApp bij Meta). Twijfel je? Vraag de hulp-bot rechtsonder.
